Some yoga poses for the upcoming Happy Holidays. Keep these yoga poses and relaxation in mind along with your yummy holiday treats.

Always consult your physician before starting any exercises regime. Always remember to follow the right breathing technique during each pose. That is the difference between an exercise and the Yog- asanas. Please remember to do it the right. Don’t be in a rush to twist and turn your body just because it looks cool. Make sure to set the right foundation for the physical body, mind and the spirit(soul) to be in harmony first.
