Basic Yoga poses By Pratibha Jani
Some of my Yoga basics.
Always remember to follow the right breathing technique in all poses. That is the difference between an exercise and the Yog- asanas. Please remember to do it the right. Don’t be in a rush to twist and turn your body just because it looks cool. Make sure to set the right foundation for the physical body, mind and the spirit(soul) to be in harmony first.
