Am I doing enough?
How so many times we wonder if we are doing enough. A Lot of people around us appreciate us many don’t. In order to see if we are doing enough, try to just spend ten to fifteen minutes each early morning and/or each evening to close your eyes and chant one single word,chant or mantra (It could be as simple as peace,happiness or OM). Try for at least two weeks and see the difference. As simple as that.
Biggest problem: mind will not let you stay still for more than two seconds in the beginning.
Solution: Very firmly but very gently gently try and try again. Dont give up. Keep trying
