Sorry for being away so long . I was posting on one of my other blogs for chants and vegetarian recipes due to our hindu festive occasion of Navratri.
Dhanurasana: Warrior Pose 1. 36 seconds Video on Gentle Yoga Warrior Pose 1– Do this three times each side for only three rounds per day. Each round should feel a little more deeper and easier and longer from within. Dhanurasana as it is called, works on inner thighs, knees,calf muscles,lower back,hamstrings and heels and toes,upper arms,chest muscles,among a few. Try to do this at least every other day.
