Your Breath- 2 min Pranayaam

I hear people say I don’t have time for this. Well, I say, let’s make time for this. It is two minutes. Maybe just two or three times a day for first week, and then as you feel comfortable and as you feel the need, use it. You cna do it while sitting in traffic, in front of your computer or just walking to your car, 2 -3 minutes… that’s all you need. Hope this helps. Let me know if it works. Love all your comments.
