Gooseberry juice is an excellent nutrition and a nourishing drink early in the morning after Yoga practice especially in the winter months which is the season for the gooseberries in India (during the months of oct/Nov to almost End of Feb/March. Gooseberry is an excellent source of vitamin C, cleanses the insides and creates strength and energy in bones and muscles. Just one glass in the morning.
