Water Therapy- Simple and easy Health Tip.

Shri Ganeshaya Namah (Today is the birth anniversary of Lord Ganesh.)

This therapy is for a normal generally healthy person grown adult. In case of any special medical conditions, please follow your doctor’s advise.Here is a simple and easy water therapy to follow for keeping healthy from the inside. 2 to 3 tall glasses (8 oz) of plain room temp water. Add nothing to the water Please, Just plain simple water. Drink this water daily early in the morning for at least 3 to 4 weeks. In case the three glasses are a bit too much in the beginning, you can take a 1 or 2 minute break between each glass.

Once you drink this water, do not eat or drink anything for at least 45 minutes. This will make the therapy work for you. That’s all there is to this therapy. The body will flush out all unwanted and undigested matter from within and start making you healthier and happier. It takes a few weeks may be months depending on each individual, but you should start seeing the difference in a week or so. Please post comments it if helps you.

  1. cool, I’d never heard of this form of therapy. I try to keep tabs on what’s going on in the alternative health world because I think it’s important to do that as a life coach (as well as for my own health). Thanks for sharing this extremely useful information.

    1. Thanks for vising and sharing. It worked great for me. It is amazing how most inexpensive and simple therapies are not known. I will try my best to post as many basic simple and useful therapies I know to pass it on.
