Aatmayog-SuryaNamaskaar Outdoors


Slow and gentle Surya Namaskaar (Sun salutations) Please follow this Yoga practice after you ahve been doing other simple and easier poses for at least 5 to 6 weeks time. You need to condition the muscle groups within the body for sun salutations. You can start doing it one to two rounds only in the beginning and then progress to 3 to 5 times in a single day only after you are comfortable with the entire sequesnce. Every other day would be best.
